ÉLEVAGE: 5 months in stainless steel & old barrel

80+-year-old vines of Pansa Blanca planted on a steep pitch of brown schist soils, on a single located towards the interior of Alella. La Bestia faces south and directly in the line of sight of its sister wine, La Bella. 5 days of skin contact, the free-run juice is raised in stainless steel while the pressed juice is raised in old barrels. After about 5 months, the wines are blended and bottled in May.
