GRAPE: Muscat (from a friend), merlot, grenache
AGE OF VINES: 70 years old muscat and grenache, 30 years old merlot
SOIL: Granitic sand, gravel
VINIFICATION: Muscat (2 days of maceration), grenache and merlot added (1 day of maceration)
ÉLEVAGE: Stainless steel, zero sulfur, bottled at end of December

Laurent purchases the Muscat from a nearby friend, and after 2 days of maceration, he adds his own Grenache and Merlot. On the 3rd day, the grapes are pressed and continue fermenting in stainless steel. Brimming with energy, Mura Mura is full of pink grapefruit, white flowers and wild Mediterranean herbs.
