A co-fermentation of the classic red and white grapes from the southern Roussillon, Alain looks for the freshness and purity of the ripe bramble fruit, as well as the slight bitterness of the garrigue. The result is very tonic, with layers of complexity, laced with peony, red citrus, and sunshine.
