An ode to spring, Canta Manana is nostalgic, optimistic, and the epitome of pleasure. Alain Castex has been making rosé from the saignée method for decades. The delicate yet incredibly expressive floral aromatics are met with just ripe berry fruit, blood orange zest and sea salt. In true Castex style, the wine is jam-packed with energy and freshness. Tiny quantities and a coup de coeur in every vintage.
